Bonding Night English Literature Student Association

KabarFAB – The English Literature Student Association at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Mas Said Surakarta successfully held an Bonding Night Event on Thursday-Friday, January 29-30, 2026. This event was held as an initial forum to strengthen family ties, increase solidarity, and enhance synergy between members and administrators of the English Literature Student Association during one administrative period. Through this event, it is hoped that an inclusive, open, and mutually supportive organizational atmosphere will be created in carrying out various work programs in the future.

The series of activities began with a discussion session on the agenda and direction of the English Literature Student Association. From noon until evening, the activities continued with free time and casual interactions between members as a means of building emotional closeness. The sense of togetherness was further enhanced through a barbecue and communal meal, which served as the main opportunity for more intimate and informal interaction. Through this activity, communication became more fluid and warm, thereby breaking down barriers between members and strengthening the sense of family within the English Literature Student Association.

On the second day, the series of events continued with morning exercises and games. These activities aimed to foster a spirit of cooperation, solidarity, and unity among the participants. Through physical activities and group games, participants were encouraged to support each other, work together, and build trust in each other as preparation for carrying out their organizational duties and responsibilities.

Through this bonding night event, English Literature Student Association hopes to build a strong and sustainable foundation of kinship among all members and administrators. This activity is not only an initial introduction, but also a means to instill basic organizational values such as togetherness, responsibility, and mutual respect. The interactions that take place during the activity are expected to strengthen emotional bonds, create mutual trust, and foster concern among members in carrying out their roles and duties in the organization.

This activity is expected to be the first step in forming a solid organization that is adaptive to student dynamics and ready to carry out work programs professionally and sustainably. Additionally, this activity is also expected to encourage active member participation, improve teamwork quality, and strengthen the shared commitment to realizing the vision and goals of English Literature Student Association in the future.
